Kairiki 8 is the 8-ply braid from Shimano, made in Japan and featuring the "VT construction Method" technology. It is a very durable and fluid PE wire, perfect for reaching long casting distances. Available in diameters from 0.06 mm to 0.42 mm, resistant to breaking up to 46.7 kg. It is perfect for spinning in both fresh and salt water as it is very sensitive and particularly fluid, which reduces noise. It will be available in two colours with high visibility, yellow and multicolour, in addition to the classic Mantis Green and Steel Grey. The Multicolor version is very interesting for deep fishing. Thanks to the fluidity of the wire and the reduced diameter, Kairiki 8 is great for jigging as it creates less water resistance and maximum stretch of <3.0 %, it is also a very sensitive wire.
